Discovery calls are intended to help us learn about your business, understand the services you may need, and determine whether our firm is a good fit to work together. The meeting may also be used to outline potential next steps.

Consultations are informational in nature and are not intended to provide formal tax, accounting, or financial advice. Specific recommendations may require a formal engagement and review of supporting documentation.

 

No Client Relationship Created
Scheduling or participating in a consultation does not establish a client relationship with Nowakowski & Conner, PLLC. A client relationship is only formed after both parties sign an engagement letter outlining the scope of services.

 

Confidentiality
Information shared during the consultation will be treated with professional discretion; however, please avoid sharing sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, or other confidential data during the meeting.

 

Preparation
To make the most of our time together, please complete any requested intake questions prior to the meeting. This allows us to better understand your situation and have a more productive discussion.

 

Scheduling and Cancellations
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please do so through the scheduling link or notify us at least 24 hours in advance when possible.

 

Late Arrivals
Consultations are scheduled for a specific time slot. If you arrive late, the meeting may need to end at the originally scheduled time in order to respect other appointments.
