Virtual Meetings

Some consultations may be conducted virtually through third-party video conferencing platforms. Please ensure you are in a private setting and using a stable internet connection during the meeting.

You do not need to have everything organized before meeting with us. However, completing any requested intake questions ahead of time can help make the conversation more productive and allow us to better understand your situation.

 

Scheduling & Cancellations

If you need to reschedule or cancel your consultation, please do so through the scheduling link or notify us as soon as reasonably possible.

 

Late Arrivals

Consultations are scheduled for a specific time period. If you arrive late, the meeting may still need to end at the originally scheduled time in order to accommodate other appointments.
